See where money moved
Keep cash, bank and card activity in the right accounts. A transfer moves money between two tracked accounts without counting it as fresh income or spending.

Correct a mistake without erasing it
Posted amounts stay locked. Voiding adds an opposite entry; then you can record the right amount. The example below shows how each step changes the record.
A $50 expense was recorded
The balance moved from $1,000 to $950. Later, you discover the amount should have been $45.
Void the $50 record
The original is marked voided and a $50 reversal restores the balance to $1,000. Neither entry is silently deleted.
Record the correct $45
The new expense leaves $955. The default list hides voided entries, but you can include them when reviewing history.

Share a separate household ledger
Family teams own their own accounts. Roles decide who can change team records; personal accounts stay outside the team.

Illustrative dataPersonal records
Your own accounts and transactions stay in your personal ledger.
Review, without pretending every total is exact
Use categories and reports to reflect on recorded activity. Keep unlike currencies separate: ordinary transaction FX conversion is not yet reliable for cross-currency report totals.
