Plans, payments and sales policy

Merchant: AlphaBlue Thailand. Billing is managed on the Web through Stripe; Mobile links to Web account management. Prices are in USD before tax; applicable taxes and the final total must be disclosed before confirmation. Free remains available without a card. New monthly plans and storage or seat add-ons are not offered.

Solo costs $27.99 per year or $99 for five years. Family costs $44.99 per year or $159 for five years. Annual plans renew automatically unless stopped. Five-year plans charge once and do not renew automatically; they are not lifetime access. Annual prices remain locked while the same subscription continues. The five-year offer may be changed or closed for future purchases without altering accepted trial terms or purchased rights.

One 14-day trial is available per account across all paid offers, with a saved card. Cancel during trial to avoid payment; access continues until the original trial end. Switching offers does not restart the trial and requires acceptance of the final price and renewal terms. A reminder is sent three days before trial end. An uncancelled trial charges the accepted price; the paid one-year or five-year term starts only on successful payment.

Initial payment has a seven-day recovery window after trial expiry, without additional paid-feature grace. Successful recovery starts the paid term at payment. Annual renewal has seven days of access grace and preserves the original anniversary if recovered. If unresolved, paid rights end, data is retained, and Family-owned teams become read-only unless other valid rights apply.

Stopping annual renewal keeps paid access until the original end. Five-year plans need no renewal cancellation. Initial payments may be refunded on request within 14 days of successful payment; annual renewal payments within seven days. Upgrade supplements may be refunded within seven days, covering only the supplement and restoring the original tier and expiry. Base-payment refunds end the associated paid rights. Repeat refund-and-repurchase cycles require manual review. Refunds go back to the original payment method after verification, not as cash or account credit.

Solo to Family upgrades within the same purchase type charge the proportional remaining-time difference shown in a short-lived quote, without extending the paid end. Annual Family to Solo changes take effect at the next anniversary, with no immediate refund or credit. Five-year downgrades do not produce unused-time refunds or credits.

Annual to five-year conversion is support-assisted and limited to the same tier. Verified unused base-payment value is credited only against that conversion; the five-year term starts on successful payment and old annual renewal stops. A conversion reversal requested within 14 days refunds only its supplement and restores the original annual end, with renewal off until fresh consent. Cross-tier/cross-type conversions require review and are not an automatic offer.

Contact [email protected] for refunds and conversion requests. No routine unused-time cash refunds or automatic credits apply outside the stated policies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Purchased core access and ordinary maintenance are included; future metered AI, OCR, bank connections or extra capacity are not implicitly unlimited.
